At Shudh Kashmiri Kesar (SKK), we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for refunds.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following cases:

• Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched
• Customized or special bulk orders
• Perishable items once packed for delivery
