1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food, herbs, and wellness items), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original packaging
You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video proof must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Perishable items once delivered in good condition
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
You may be asked to provide your bank details for the refund
4. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
5. Cancellation vs Refund
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be eligible for a full refund
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under this return policy
